FRONT YARD FENCE REQUEST FORM 

In order to avoid confusion please read all questions and options on this form carefully and keep in mind that your answers will be effected by whether you live on Bergen or Underhill.   The fence will be 3-1/2 feet high at a cost of $49 per foot and $600 per gate.  If you want a molding to match your window guard the vender will have to supply you that price with your invoice.  In terms of fencing between your yard and your neighbors; individuals will need to work that out with their next door neighbors; however, I've been told that usually you would be responsible for the fence to your left (closed to Vanderbilt if you live on Bergen Street or closest to Bergen if you live on Underhill Avenue).  Once most of you have completed this form the vender will come out to take measurements and provide you an invoice.  Work will begin after you have supplied a 1/3 down payment.  The job should take 3 - 6 weeks.
